About

Bakerripley works as an HVAC outfit based in Pearland, Texas. This part of the state sits close to Houston and faces long stretches of intense heat mixed with heavy humidity that pushes cooling equipment hard all summer long. Homeowners here deal with units that run nonstop, leading to wear on coils, compressors, and ductwork from the moisture in the air. The company handles the heating and cooling needs that come up in suburban homes and small properties where the weather does not give systems much rest. They focus on keeping air flow steady and temperatures even when outside conditions test every part of an installation.

They take care of putting in new equipment, running routine tune ups before the hottest months hit, and fixing breakdowns that stop a house from staying comfortable. Jobs often involve clearing clogged drains caused by Gulf Coast moisture, swapping out failing capacitors, or balancing airflow through older duct lines that have settled over time. Crews arrive ready to test refrigerant levels and replace thermostats that no longer hold settings through the daily swings in temperature. Pearland residents call when an older unit quits during a heat wave or when a new system needs proper sizing to avoid short cycling in the local climate.

Homeowners point to the solid results on the actual repairs and installations as the main reason for the high marks, especially the 9 out of 10 score on work quality. Systems hold up better after service and do not need repeat visits for the same problems. That record of reliable fixes in tough conditions adds up across many jobs. What Customers Say

Came to this location for the Electricity program they have every year, big campus and friendly staff!!

Had taxes done and was in & out in less than 2hrs., very organized and helpful about needed paperwork.

Very happy to have discovered the Baker-Ripley Neighborhood community center, for the quality of their kids’ programs, including Spring Break Camp, Summer Camp, and After School programs. Jennifer Means, the kids program Director, does an amazing job acting as liaison between the kids and families. Rosey has also been great to work with, as well as Ms. Sandy, and Mr. Colin seems to be a great male role model and overall favorite. All their teachers seem to have a gift for communicating with the kids and encouraging positive classroom behaviors. Also a shout out to Miguel at the front office for his patience and consistency in dealing with all community members that come through the door. Great work!

They was very helpful at the Community center

I honestly had a horrible experience at this location, my daughter and I arrived nearly an hour early (11:45am) for a 1pm appointment. When we arrived the lobby was empty with multiple chairs available and the first representative who said they were the manager when I asked to speak to the manager who is Ms Carla Aguirre, she asked what we were doing there, I said I was early for my appointment time and she made it clear that me and my daughter couldn’t wait inside of the lobby area that we had to go outside until the appointment time, it was extremely humid outside and yet I still went and took my daughter for a stroll, when we came back (thirty minutes) later there were multiple people who were being checked in before the 1pm time who had the exact same appointment time as I did, then it took five hours for me to receive the document for our completed application then on top of that I watched nearly every person who arrived after me receive their documents and I know for a fact that my application was turned in way ahead of time as well as my number was 4, how is it possible that people who were in the 20’s of the number system that was being implemented able to be serviced with their completed documents and I was ignored for the majority of the time that I was there, I know this experience boils down to discriminatory practices, even with my name it would be impossible for my application to be put nearly at the bottom of the files to be completed, I even asked the next manager Patrice Wilson for the Baker Ripley Utility section what happened as it’s been over five hours and how is it possible that my application hasn’t been completed when nearly everyone else who came after me was helped, I will reiterate that this was an absolutely horrible experience and I would not ever recommend this location ever again.
