From the knowledgeable and courteous Operations Manager, to the efficiency and expertise of their amazing installation crew, it is clear that Bazil truly cares about their customers in a way that's unique and extremely hard to find in the heating and cooling space. We dealt with a number of the major players in HVAC, and some of the minors too, before deciding to go with Bazil. With the others, we received either misinformation, deceitful answers, and/or uncomfortable pushiness. With Bazil, it was smooth.
