“Friday afternoon I got a call by Roy with Angleton Air & Heat Services inquiring whether I had a/c problems. I said that is an understatement. I told him we used to have a company, which I would not want to mention just because I do not even remember their name. I will post later. The supervisor is called Ivy, she is a salesman, who has broken ETA and promises. You see we have a baby born and period between the time we invited a tech to diagnose to the time we fixed it and the dates, it took more than a week. The thing Ivy had done and failed to do and that was the only good thing was the fact that one of the techs had brought over a unit of windows past midnight and GOD had sent him. That ended up breaking down. Ivy was never there to make replacement or even answer my call !On with Roy at Angleton Air, I told him all the story, and he said that the other companies had failed, but that Angleton Air can do all that my family will need... We scheduled a date and time of their diag and their repair. Roy 12 min early arrival time 10 min diagnosis -came and got the parts, and fixed my a/c in 40 min. (Drive time/repair)! Appointment time was 9am. Roy and crew were gone by 10:15ish. My a/c was on and functioning like a charm! My integrity and sincerity is something I will never forget! I am a mother of 3 children, newborn, 7yr old, 9 yr old that suffered until I got the customer service pride of workmanship, and integrity of Angleton Air. It can appear and seem to be that I am over complimenting Roy and the Angleton Air team, I will suggest this company to anyone who has problems in A/c and heating. Thanks Roy and team!”
