By that evening we had hot water again with the final installation a few days later to add an expansion tank, leak detection with auto water shutoff, and copper hard piping all around. Within this last year, we faced issues with our guest bathroom's toilet piping and shower, which were causing dirty water to not flow properly. The team expertly corrected the slope to ensure it met code requirements. Additionally, they installed a much-needed plumbing vent stack for the on-suite bathroom, allowing gases to escape properly from under the house. Jeff and his plumbing apprentice were exceptional. Their attention to detail, swift knowledge, and precise measurements made a significant difference. They approached the job with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring our beach bungalow received the care it desperately needed. Before we committed to the project, the sales staff provided us with excellent advice and support. They were timely, transparent, and delivered exactly what was promised. He was friendly and very informative throughout the entire process. He even made sure to send updates throughout the repairs as well as check in after everything was complete. I hope I don’t need their services anytime soon, but if I do, they’re the ones I’m going to call!”

“Did a great job fixing a leaking clothes washer in my garage. Broke up the concrete, fixed the leaking drain pipe, ran the new pipe through the wall, and refilled the hole with concrete 5 ⭐s. BUT, they used our mop bucket to remove sewer water from the hole, so we had to clean and sterilize it. They used some of my channel locks and plastic cups I had near for something while filling the hole with concrete because there was dry concrete on them. The broom we have in the garage that's for cleaning the inside had concrete on it also, so that has to be cleaned 3 ⭐s. All in all they did a good job. Had some cleaning to do, but it was done quickly. So, can't complain too much. *Edit 10/25/25* Had to have them come back and redo the washer drain to the sewer like they had offered, but I instead went with the cheaper/quicker plan. They came back, broke up the concrete and dug up the yard to run the new line. Cleaned up the line going to the sink and made sure everything was good. They did a great job.”
