“Came today for a follow up visit. Technician today had no knowledge f previous technician’s work. No handover notes. (Strike 1). Technician came two hours early today when I was not home, had to rush back and leave my work (strike 2). Technician parked in the middle of my driveway so I could not access garage. There is a place to park that would not block me, but made no effort to notice (strike 3). Technician came into the house with muddy boots on. Did not leave the house to take them off after asked (strike 4). Won’t be calling them again.”
