“I was very pleased with the service , professionalism and care. The technician was very helpful and explained what he was doing and the reason for recommendations. Cyrus, Abram and Dennis were all excellent. The office manager Cade really set the tone for my experience. She was very helpful and took time to answer my questions. “I highly recommend Dalton. Our humidity felt high and I went on Pearland group asking for AC recommendation, several people pointed me to Dalton. I called and spoke to Cadie and she said it was normal with the rain recently. But then I called back to schedule a maintenance service which they will go out twice á year to clean. Then the maintenance service hasn’t been done, our office felt so hot so I called them again. They scheduled for Charlie to come and it’s included in the maintenance package which is less than $400 á year. Charlie was professional, thorough, honest and he did a great job. Our office already feels better. I’m impressed with their service.”

She got me scheduled for a same-day afternoon appointment, then even called back within 30 minutes to let me know someone could come out right away — which was amazing. When Abram arrived, he was just as impressive. He was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. What stood out most was his honesty and transparency. He never once tried to upsell me or pressure me into anything. He simply explained everything clearly, told me exactly what he recommended, and was completely upfront the entire time. “I cannot tell you enough how impressed I am with this company for my HVAC needs. I was searching for a good HVAC service company but instead of good, I found an excellent one! When I first called to set up my appointment, I was satisfied to speak with Cadie and she went over the expectations of the my first visit and even was able to schedule me for an earlier appt than was originally schedule. The technician Abram was so friendly, detailed and customer service oriented. This young man was knowledgeable and took great pride in what he was doing. In all my homes I’ve never had a “heat pump” and he explained to me all the differences and what to expect! He explained to me everything along the way! I asked questions and he answered them. He did not become annoyed while I was observing him! He was extremely thorough! Took photos of everything! Explained showed me additional things I needed to prepare for in upcoming maintenance (capacitors, surge protectors, etc.). He looked up the manufacture warranty that was remaining and everything! I will definitely be prepping to get this done for the next maintenance service! He left everything clean and he was very very professional! I have such a better piece of mind knowing that I am working with a knowledgeable, friendly and ethical company!! I am so pleased with this company!! I would give the 10 stars!
