Both times, the experience was completely painless for me and my family. Finally, I just had to deal with a leak in my water main leading up to my house. John Adams from Hamm Mechanical came out and identified the problem and put in place a temporary fix so we could have water while we were waiting for the city to investigate the source of the problem. He helped me through the entire process of dealing with the city and never pressured me to do anything that wasn't in my best interest. He looked out for my family's needs throughout the whole process, and I was incredibly impressed with how much he truly cared about his customers. “Some of their "technicians" need more training and supervision. Replacing parts without understand the problem and charging a ton of money to do that. After 4 visits and replacing parts, the unit is shot and being replaced by another company. I recommend NOT doing business with this company! Even their supervision doesn't seem to care for quality work.”
