“The services technician (Hunter) that came to my house to pre diagnose the issue with my home air conditioning system was very pleasant, polite, humble & very knowledgeable of his work specially. He has explained to us step by step how he tested our air conditioning system, which part of the system are working fine & which part might possibly creating the issue & will need to be repaired & parts that needed to be replaced. I hope his diagnostic analysis is correct & replacing those parts will fix our home air conditioner. He is an amazingly knowledgeable young man & I believe he will advance him self professionally in his chosen profession. Great job Hunter!”
