“Last week, Master Air replaced our 20‑year‑old 13 SEER single‑stage HVAC systems with two Daikin 16 SEER multi‑stage HVAC systems, and the difference is remarkable. The old units were loud, inefficient, and struggled in extreme temperatures. The new systems are much quieter, adjust output smoothly, and maintain consistent comfort while improving humidity control and reducing energy use. Master Air impressed us. The installation crew was professional, respectful, and completed clean, high‑quality work in a single day. They clearly explained the process, answered all our questions, and ensured everything was optimized. Both the Daikin equipment and Master Air’s service have been excellent. “We had them replace all the existing ducts along with some other work. The crew was very polite and did a great job. The price was fair and even better than some of the big chain company's. Provided a lot of information during the inspection/quote process and didn't try to sell us on unnecessary upgrades. Even better they came back to inspect the job after it was done and fixed a few issues without me having to bring it up and make sure everything was correct. The only con we had was the debris that fell thru all the registers during the replacement some of it was stuck and then required us having the take registers off to clean it. Overall great job and we're very pleased with the work.”

“Easy to make appt. Signed up for their twice yearly 1-AC, 1-Furnace checkup per year plan. Great price - -0- since I paid for the plan when they did my furnace last year. I can’t remember exact price I paid but was less than a service call for the plan. They don’t try to over sell on stuff and if there is an issue, they notify you immediately with estimate or if they can’t fix, recommend plumber (AC main drain line needed snaked which my husband could do). I’ve used them when needed since 1999 when I moved to Pearland and always a great experience.”
