He has responded promptly to every service call I have placed and most recently went out of his way to alleviate an emergency gas leak on the second story. After reviewing the installation, I was quoted approximately $2,500 to install two bidet seats—significantly higher than other estimates I received for the same work, which ranged from $300 to $600. Based on my experience, I found the pricing excessive and was not confident in the value being offered. I declined the estimate and chose to pursue other options.
