“I do not recommend this company and would advise others not to use their services. During the initial visit, the heating elements were never tested, yet I was informed that my water heater required full replacement. It was later determined that the issue was only a faulty heating element, not a failed water heater. Additionally, the managers and staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and showed little consideration or respect for me as a customer. This experience was extremely disappointing and could have resulted in unnecessary and costly replacement. I strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion and avoid using this company.”

John came out in the time frame they gave us, took a look and gave us some options. We ended up just getting a whole new tankless water heater to replace ours.
