“My visit to the Richard A Anderson TSVH was very heartwarming. The tour guide was informative , knowledgeable and very polite. The staff were also helpful and friendly. The surroundings there was unlike any other home for the aging that I had visited. The home was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I loved it and only hope that my loved one will have the opportunity to experience such a beautiful place.”

“Justin never calls you back. He is never in his office when you need to reach him, and doesn’t follow up with you. Very disappointed in how they manage this facility. We wanted to put my father in law at this facility, but couldn’t even get a call back for a tour. Our experience it seems they show favoritism in who they want to place into their facility when a room opens up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!”
