“I ordered a #5109SL bone and carbon fiber slide lock on 10/31 in the morning Pacific Time, and by early afternoon had a shipping tracking number. I received the knife via USPS on 11/3, complete with the hand-written and much appreciated label! Now that is service. The knife is beautiful, sharp, well aligned, and very functional.
