“The worst company in history of all companies!! They do not lead with or value integrity, authenticity, customer care, and all things in between. They were to come out to service my air conditioner today between 11am - 3pm…they were a “no” show nor did they answer the phone. I called these people over 12 times and left four voicemails. I even attempted to go by their business to speak with a supervisor and their address listed on their website led me to a subdivision. People we work too hard to allow companies to take advantage of us. Do a thorough search before picking a company to spend your hard earn money with. I would not recommend this company to the devil himself…then again 🤔, the devil doesn’t need air so, they may work hand and hand.”

“They do not stand behind their word. My air conditioning system failed during 100° weather. The technician reported to Choice Home Warranty that my blower wheel was out of balance, and based on that report my claim was denied. I repeatedly requested a copy of the technician’s report by both email and text message, but it was never provided. They then suggested replacing the blower wheel and motor as a non-warranty repair, which I agreed to, but they never called back to schedule the work. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.”
