About
T Ingram Company Inc handles HVAC work based in Pecos County, Texas. This trade keeps homes comfortable through the hot summers and occasional cold snaps that define the region. The dry air and frequent dust mean systems work overtime, and the company steps in to handle installs, fixes, and upkeep. Homeowners in this part of the state rely on local crews who know how the weather beats on equipment day after day. They cover cooling and heating needs with direct approaches that fit the demands of desert living where temperatures swing hard and dust gets everywhere.
They perform AC repairs and replacements along with heater work, mini split setups, and water heater jobs for tank or tankless units. Maintenance plans cover regular checks and tune ups to catch issues before they grow, while same day responses address breakdowns during peak heat. Crews focus on straightforward installs and upgrades that improve efficiency without extra layers, showing up ready to diagnose problems like weak airflow or uneven temperatures and get things running again fast. Transparent steps keep costs clear from the start so homeowners know what the job involves before any work begins.
Customers note solid results on repair speed and system quality in reviews, with fair pricing mentioned across jobs, though some point to slower follow up on timelines and parts. Communication holds steady on most calls but leaves room to tighten details when delays hit. Overall the record shows consistent delivery on core HVAC tasks in tough conditions. DIRT Score 3.78 from 12 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“First class service! Impeccable results! The service was also fast and courteous. We definitely recommend!”
“Amazing Service! Pickup and Deliveryand wow my furniture looks better than new !”
“Fabulous place, recommend to all.”
“The work was well done; however, we received a call after the transaction informing us that everything would take six weeks (not two or three) because the leather had to be shipped from Europe. After eight weeks, we called again, and the woman said she would call us back with more details. No call. A second call from us yielded still no response. Then, a third call from us after ten weeks informed us that the chairs were ready. When we went to pick up the chairs, the delay was not their fault... no apology was offered for the delay, and no discount, not even 5-10%.”
“Excellent service. Exceptional quality work, I definitely recommend them.”
