Air-Zona Air Conditioning Heating and Ventilation LLC

Air-Zona Air Conditioning Heating and Ventilation LLC works out of Peoria, Texas as a full service HVAC outfit. The company handles air conditioning, heating and ventilation needs for houses and small commercial spots around the area. Local weather swings hard with long hot stretches that hammer cooling equipment and shorter cold snaps that test heating units. Homeowners here often face sudden breakdowns when dust and heavy use clog filters or wear down compressors. Air-Zona steps in to keep systems running without the usual runaround from bigger outfits that drag their feet on calls.

They perform AC repairs on units that stop blowing cold air, install new systems when old ones give out, and handle furnace fixes during winter dips. Maintenance visits include cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels and sealing ducts to stop energy loss. The crew also sets up ductless mini splits for rooms that need separate control and runs commercial jobs on bigger rooftop units. In Peoria the work often means quick afternoon fixes after a compressor fails in July heat or replacing worn belts before a system quits entirely. Technicians show up with the right parts instead of ordering them days later.

Customers keep coming back because the work stays on schedule, the repairs hold up without callbacks and the bills match what was quoted upfront. Reviews point to clear explanations about what needs fixing and no pressure to buy extras that are not required. Speed on emergency calls and steady quality on installs stand out most often while pricing stays competitive with other local crews. DIRT Score 4.85 from 941 reviews on Finds.

“We've been using Air-zona for around 3 years now. We've never once been disappointed. David was our technician the last few times and he is great. He took the time to educate us on our machines and showed us exactly what he was doing. Arizona is full of HVAC companies and it can be overwhelming searching for an honest company. They came all the way out to us in wikenburg. My family highly recommends them.”

“Absolutely awesome! They had a technician at my home within an hour and a half of my call when my a/c went out this week. David had the issue diagnosed, quote created and repairs made with a couple of hours, taking the time to explain everything he found and what he needed to do. Great service & great response time! I can not be happier with the whole experience or recommend Air-Zona enough!!”

“I can state that Air-zona Air is an honest company with fair prices and good knowledgable techs. I will be calling Ari-zona Air from now on for my AC maintenance. I had one of the bigger name AC companies come out to look at my AC. The bigger name company tech that came out told me my coils were contaminated (with mold) and they wanted to install a blue light bar in my AC unit for $3000.00, plus sign a ten year contract with them. It just seemed odd to me, so I decided to call a smaller company and get a second option. I called Ari-zona Air they sent out a good guy named Bill, he checked everything and said my AC was running good, the coils were dirty but that's just regular maintenance that should be cleaned here in the desert yearly or so. Thank you Ari-zona for running an honest company”

“outstanding and upstanding company! very prompt, attentive to my needs. daisy kept me in the loop and even moved my appointment up. david was friendly, thorough and professional. he didn't try to sell me anything more than what i needed which is why i will not hesitate to call them back as needed. and i love the name AIR-zona. give them a call-you will not be disappointed! thank you daisy and david!”

“We have been customers of Air-zona AC for more than 14 years. Their service and service techs are exceptional in what they do. Knowledgeable, polite and always on time. Several years ago one of our units stopped functioning on July 4th. The temps were triple digits with no relief in sight. I took a chance and called their emergency number and to my surprise a tech arrived within an hour. My capacitor failed. After doing an analysis, I was told of problem and made a decision to move forward with recommendation. A new capacitor was installed and AC unit was back up a running. Because I was a standing customer, no special charge was made. Normally ( service call) would have been an expensive repair. That’s one of the reasons Air-zona AC is special. If needing a reliable AC service, give them ”

“As a multi unit operator I have been using Air-Zona for nearly 10 years, I’ve found them to honest, trustworthy and on time. I can count on them to provide a reliable service with fair pricing on our rentals. I would never consider another company to touch our units.”

“We’ve had Airzona out for maintenance in the past and decided to use them for replacing our 20+ year systems. Salesperson was nice and not aggressive. Gave several options and didn’t push a specific one. Installers were very professional and respectful and left the space clean. Price was fair to install two new ac systems. They will also send out another person to do an inspection of the work to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend checking them out.”

“I would definitely recommend Air-Zona. Office Team was great and communicated clearly. Angel was the tech that came out to my house. He was polite and professional. Explained what he was doing when he got there and kept me informed after his assessment and also upon completion. Great, Great company.”

“Bill was friendly and helpful. He spent almost 2 hours at the house to determine if we had a problem or not. He didn't find anything to indicate that there was an imminent issue besides the age of the unit. We are very happy with the service.”

“I had my annual AC service completed by Air-zona HVAC, and I'm very happy with the experience. The technician, Bill, arrived on time and was extremely professional. It's a relief knowing my system is tuned up and ready for the summer heat. He also advised me on how to solve a filter issue. I highly recommend Air-zona for anyone looking for honest, high-quality HVAC maintenance.”
