Anthony James Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Anthony James Air Conditioning and Heating LLC runs their operations from Peoria, Arizona where they specialize in HVAC work for local homeowners. This family-run business has built a reputation for handling air conditioning and heating installations, repairs, and upkeep in a region that sees extreme heat most of the year. Their technicians deal with the demands of desert living, making sure units can keep up when temperatures climb past one hundred degrees day after day. Homeowners in Peoria rely on them for straightforward solutions that actually work in these conditions without extra complications from the dry climate and constant dust.

They handle full HVAC services including fixing broken air conditioners during the peak summer months when systems fail from constant use, performing routine maintenance to prevent breakdowns, and installing new heating and cooling equipment that fits the needs of Arizona homes. The team works on both central systems and other setups, responding to calls about poor airflow, strange noises, or units that just won't turn on. In Peoria, common issues come from dust buildup and the strain of nonstop operation, so they focus on thorough cleanings and part replacements that get things running again without unnecessary delays. Customers get clear explanations of what's wrong and what it takes to fix it right the first time.

Homeowners keep coming back because the work holds up under the intense Arizona sun and the team shows up when promised without dragging things out. Feedback highlights fast response times even on busy days, careful attention to detail during repairs, and honest quotes that don't come with surprise charges. The communication from start to finish helps folks understand the process and feel confident in the outcome. These factors add up to the high marks they receive. “The team at Anthony James did a phenomenal job installing our new AC systems. From the start, their selection process stood out; their quotes were highly competitive when compared "apples to apples" with other reputable companies in the valley. It wasn't just the pricing that won me over, but also their superior warranty and post-installation maintenance terms. During the install, the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly takes pride in their craft. They have the process down to a science—highly efficient and detailed. In my professional opinion, I highly recommend them.”

“Anthony James Air had the best standard labor warranty and free maintenance for a couple years. Richie was awesome came out talked to me didn't try and pressure me into a sale. When they showed up to do the replacement they were quick and clean. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new AC for sure”

“They did a great job replacing HVAC a few years ago. Haven’t had any issues with it and they have taken great care of it since doing tune-ups. They have always been so helpful in answering questions and arrive on time.”

“I was pleased and impressed with Josh's professionalism, attention to detail and his communication with me from start to finish about our a/c units. I highly recommend Anthony James. There was no upselling, just straightforward, honest service. Support our AZ family-owned businesses.”

“I had my HVAC system replaced. They arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Alex and his associates were courteous and very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. It was a great experience from quote to completion. What else could anyone ask for?”

“We are original homeowners. During the entire 10 years of owning the home, we have suffered with a hot room. No matter what we did or who did it, we could not get that room cool. That one room has a thermostat which kept our AC unit continuously firing and our eldest Grandson continually complaining. I was so tired of having to replace the capacitor every 1.5 years we finally decided that enough is enough. We did a lot of research on AC unit. We selected train because of quality and longevity. We replaced our 4 ton carrier unit with a 5 ton to phase train. We selected Anthony James air-conditioning and heating because they are recommended by train, they are a train comfort specialist, and have been established since 2008. They are owned by four brothers. This company is amazing! we were to”

“Had a problem with my AC system. One phone call and Anthony James was at my home the next day. They went above and beyond to get my system back up and running in a timely manner. Very professional and personable. Great communication through the whole process. Very happy that I chose their team for my HVAC replacement. They truly stand behind their work.”

“Anthony, the gentleman that has been coming to my house and first installed my AC has been wonderful! All questions asked were answered and never did they oversell. In today's climate of trying to get estimates and everything else they have been a breath of fresh air. I feel as though he really cares or they really care. And believe me I've had some other other work being done and never did. I have a problem with them. I have recommended this wonderful company and will continue to do so”

“My wife and are thrilled with the finished product. All four of the guys are super personable, and a pleasure to talk to. They do a very professional job. When they are done, it is like they were never there. They leave the job site very clean and tidy. I am looking forward to them servicing our brand new units for years to come. Update: They did such a great job on ours, I had them replace the units at my parents house. They love their new systems.”
