Anthony James Air Conditioning & Heating

Anthony James Air Conditioning & Heating runs as a family outfit based right in Peoria, TX where they handle hvac work for homes across the area. The crew knows the local setup with long hot stretches that push cooling systems hard and occasional cold snaps that call for solid heating. They keep things practical by focusing on repairs that last and installs that match what Texas homes actually need instead of pushing extras. Homeowners in Peoria, TX count on them for steady temperature control year round because the weather does not give much room for weak equipment.

Their day to day covers fixing units that quit during peak summer heat, replacing old systems with new ones sized right for the house, and running maintenance checks that catch issues before they turn into big problems. Crews show up to clean coils, check refrigerant levels, adjust ductwork for better flow, and handle thermostat swaps when controls fail. In Peoria, TX the dust and humidity wear parts faster so they pay attention to those details on every call. Jobs range from quick emergency repairs on weekends to full seasonal tune ups that keep bills lower when the temperature climbs past ninety degrees.

Homeowners keep coming back because the work holds up under real conditions without constant callbacks and the crew explains options in plain terms before starting anything. Speed matters when an ac dies in July and quality shows in systems that run quiet and efficient afterward. Price stays reasonable with no hidden add ons and communication stays direct from first call to final check. That steady performance across hundreds of jobs adds up to the top rating. “The team at Anthony James did a phenomenal job installing our new AC systems. From the start, their selection process stood out; their quotes were highly competitive when compared "apples to apples" with other reputable companies in the valley. It wasn't just the pricing that won me over, but also their superior warranty and post-installation maintenance terms. During the install, the crew was knowledgeable, polite, and clearly takes pride in their craft. They have the process down to a science—highly efficient and detailed. In my professional opinion, I highly recommend them.”

“Anthony James Air had the best standard labor warranty and free maintenance for a couple years. Richie was awesome came out talked to me didn't try and pressure me into a sale. When they showed up to do the replacement they were quick and clean. I would recommend them if you are looking for a new AC for sure”

“They did a great job replacing HVAC a few years ago. Haven’t had any issues with it and they have taken great care of it since doing tune-ups. They have always been so helpful in answering questions and arrive on time.”

“I had my HVAC system replaced. They arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Alex and his associates were courteous and very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. It was a great experience from quote to completion. What else could anyone ask for?”

“We are original homeowners. During the entire 10 years of owning the home, we have suffered with a hot room. No matter what we did or who did it, we could not get that room cool. That one room has a thermostat which kept our AC unit continuously firing and our eldest Grandson continually complaining. I was so tired of having to replace the capacitor every 1.5 years we finally decided that enough is enough. We did a lot of research on AC unit. We selected train because of quality and longevity. We replaced our 4 ton carrier unit with a 5 ton to phase train. We selected Anthony James air-conditioning and heating because they are recommended by train, they are a train comfort specialist, and have been established since 2008. They are owned by four brothers. This company is amazing! we were to”

“Had a problem with my AC system. One phone call and Anthony James was at my home the next day. They went above and beyond to get my system back up and running in a timely manner. Very professional and personable. Great communication through the whole process. Very happy that I chose their team for my HVAC replacement. They truly stand behind their work.”

“Anthony, the gentleman that has been coming to my house and first installed my AC has been wonderful! All questions asked were answered and never did they oversell. In today's climate of trying to get estimates and everything else they have been a breath of fresh air. I feel as though he really cares or they really care. And believe me I've had some other other work being done and never did. I have a problem with them. I have recommended this wonderful company and will continue to do so”

“My wife and are thrilled with the finished product. All four of the guys are super personable, and a pleasure to talk to. They do a very professional job. When they are done, it is like they were never there. They leave the job site very clean and tidy. I am looking forward to them servicing our brand new units for years to come. Update: They did such a great job on ours, I had them replace the units at my parents house. They love their new systems.”
