“I am very satisfied and impressed with the work that Edward did. Multiple plumbers had already worked on master bedroom toilet, and could not resolve. However, Edward showed up did his due diligence and discovered that it was actually the toilet was the issue defective and cracked. He immediately took action into getting a new toilet of a much better quality installed. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and professional.”

“07/01/2026- I called Cool Blew to order long awaited tune up of my HVAC, a 2 ton AC unit with internal Handler unit. Excellently responsive company “Veteran”, Ms Sara responded in her welcoming manner and I managed to request a service order for my AC unit, a 2 ton SEER14 Goodman’s one. Ralf arrived as scheduled, and was very confidently professional explaining every step of the tuning and checkup processes in great details which I greatly appreciated. Ralph replaced a small Adapter attached to the Internal Handler, checked the AC unit on the roof, throughly checked the drainage line and placed back the AC filters. “🚨Fraud warning🚨 Company was assigned to a repair a tub handle from a home warranty work order. After sending pictures and conversing with the company on the phone they told me the problem would be covered and an easy fix. Now enter the bait-n-switch. After arriving at our house and looking at the issue, the technician called the home warranty company stating he could not repair because there was no handle. Same handle pictured and discussed during the previous phone call. The technician told the home warranty company they would handle the repair and left. Taking the deductible money with him. Questionable red flag 🚩because our warranty company has fixed handles on facets/tubs multiple times throughout our house.🚩🚩 came when the technician returned knocking at the door 10 minutes later say”
