J & M Cooling & Heating LLC

J & M Cooling & Heating LLC runs its HVAC operations out of Peoria, Texas. The crew handles cooling and heating work for houses and smaller commercial spots around the area. They stay ready for the swings that hit North Texas, where long hot stretches bake roofs and systems while occasional freezes can knock out heat when it matters most. From new installs to keeping older setups alive, they cover the basics that homeowners call about when the weather turns on them. Their setup includes round the clock response for breakdowns that hit outside normal hours, which lines up with what folks need when an AC quits mid summer or a furnace fails on a cold night.

They take on air conditioning repairs and full installations, heating fixes and replacements, heat pump work, regular maintenance visits, ductless mini split setups, indoor air quality jobs, and commercial HVAC projects. In practice that means rolling out to diagnose a unit that stopped blowing cold air, swapping out worn compressors or coils, cleaning ducts that restrict flow, or tuning systems before peak season hits. Crews deal with the dust and pollen common in the region by checking filters and coils on maintenance runs. Homeowners often see them handle emergency calls where a system quits during a heat wave, getting parts swapped and airflow restored without dragging things out over multiple days. The same approach applies to heating side jobs when winter dips arrive and people need reliable warmth back in the house fast.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done on time without surprise add ons, the fixes hold up through the seasons, and the pricing stays straightforward for the scope involved. Speed shows up in how fast they reach jobs after the first call, quality comes through in systems that run steady once the tech leaves, and communication stays clear on what needs fixing and how long it will take. That record adds up across hundreds of jobs in the Peoria area where weather pushes equipment hard. DIRT Score 4.95 from 298 reviews on Finds.

Jason arrived about 30 minutes later and quickly diagnosed the issue with our AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Since the replacement part wasn't immediately available, Jason implemented a temporary workaround to keep us comfortable until the part arrived.
