Unfortunately they weren't familiar with my building's AC system (water cooled heat pump) and didn't do it right. Larry came out, knew what he was working with, and fixed me up right away. I also had them replace my 25-year old heatpump. They sent me the quote for review, which was less than I'd been quoted by another vendor. They ordered it, came out to measure my space and had to make some modifications to the unit to install it. And they installed it in just a few hours. Andreas called post installation to make sure everything was working well, which it is. Very professional and courteous, highly recommend them.”
