Melanie was easy to speak with and helped calm my rising panic (the heat was no longer working and winter storm Fern was staring us down). The next morning, I confirmed my decision to move forward with a full replacement. They immediately ordered the equipment and had the unit replaced by mid-afternoon the next day. This was no small feat because a crane was needed for the exterior install (two story condo), and if the install did not happen on Thursday, it would have had to wait until the following week since it was going to rain on Friday and the winter storm was due to arrive on Saturday.
