Climate Systems Solutions

Climate Systems Solutions handles HVAC work along with refrigeration, plumbing and building automation as a Modigent company based in Pflugerville, Texas. Established in 2001, the outfit focuses on commercial and industrial sites in education, healthcare, government and manufacturing. Services cover design build projects, new construction, installation, service calls and maintenance retrofits across those sectors. The address sits at 2330 Patterson Industrial Dr and the operation runs every day around the clock.

Homeowners have called for air conditioner failures during summer heat, where a technician named Tony arrived the same day and fixed the unit by swapping parts. Replacement jobs on two units involved Tony Johnson along with Miguel, Alan, Nick, Matt and Jason, finishing the work quickly while keeping pets comfortable. A geothermal system install led by Mike and his crew required several follow-up visits to set the thermostat, with attention paid to cleanup and keeping the house in order during the process. Some customers noted prompt arrivals and techs who knew their equipment.

The company keeps crews on the road at all hours and reaches rural locations on the days promised. Reviewers described multiple trips to finish settings without extra charges mentioned, though one account involved a driver cutting across traffic on the highway. Work stayed limited to the listed service types in the Austin area based on the jobs described.

“My 82 year old mothers water furnace air conditioner went out in the crazy Texas heatwave we have experienced this summer. Tony came out the same day and was able to get it running. They worked with her replacing parts instead of trying to sell her a new unit like 2 other companies suggested. They really care about their customers.”

“I had replacement of two airconditioners by Tony Johnson and his crew:Miguel,Alan, Jan, Nick, Matt & Jason recently. The units were installed in amazingly quick times with obviously skilled work- my 8 dogs & I were kept comfortable during each project. I highly recommend this business & its work crew and will usr thmfor alall my AC & heating needs in uture. Janis L Birchall, MD”

“Climate Solutions installed a new Geo-thermal HVAC Unit in our home and we could not be any happier with the job they did. This was a pretty big job and Mike and his crew did everything possible to make us happy, including clean up, etc... We knew going in that this project would require multiple trips to get the thermostat set, etc...and Climate Solutions made this whole process pain-free. They traveled to our rural home on schedule, without fail. Finally, the technicians were personable, respectful and very mindful that they were working in someone's home...and for that we were grateful. I'd recommend Climate Solutions for any HVAC work that you may need done.”

“I had work done here on my ac units last year and it was a horrible experience. I spent over $10k and none of my ac's were working correctly when they were done, including the brand new one they installed. They rudely told me that since I wasn't happy with their service they would no longer do business with me. Would not recommend.”
