“Dwight is very knowledgeable when it comes to compute repairs. Unfortunately, can't say the same thing about his work ethic. My computer was damaged beyond repair, so I asked him to recover some files. He took the hard drive along with a 128gb flash drive I gave him to store the files in. We agreed that if my 128gb flash drive wasn't enough, he would buy one with more storage and charge me for it. In a few days, he told me that everything was done and he had to buy an external 1TB drive to store the files. I replied that I wanted the files in a flash drive to which he said he would swap it. However, when he finally came home, he brought me a 240GB external hard drive and HE DID NOT BRING MY FLASH DRIVE BACK. I had paid him already, so at that point I had enough. I accepted the external drive and asked him to return my flash drive. After a few texts, he stopped responding and HE DID NOT RETURN MY FLASH DRIVE. If you hire him, make sure you have everything in writing and don't pay him for the repairs until, they are completed.”
