“UPDATE: I left a review detailing serious issues with problems we had with this company. On the same day that I posted, the company owner called and set an appointment to speak with us. Then, he personally came over, acknowledged that the work wasn't up to standard, apologized for the months it took to communicate with us, took responsibility for everything, and had it corrected within the week. Though we were very unhappy with the first job, his professionalism and accountability more than made up for it. All businesses have some issues, but a business owner who is willing to do his due diligence to address those issues is invaluable. Thus the five stars.”

“I wanted to renew my acquaintance with these guys that did a great job installing my current system way back in 2004 so I called this morning (Friday) to invite them over for a quote. The lady asked if 1 today would work and I said yes, pleased at the quick response. She said Alpha would be by to give me an estimate. I waited until 2 before trying to call to confirm if I had mistaken the day, but all I got all afternoon was a recording asking me to call back during normal business hours, which the recording stated were Monday through Friday, 8-5. It is 4:50 now and I still get the recording and Alpha never showed up or called. Neither I nor my wife could remember why we started using others for support over the years; maybe it was for days like today. I've never given a one-star rating before, but that's what a no-show and no-call gets you.”
