“Love this company! Thank you Scuba Steve, Megan, Gina & Ernie! Scuba Steve told me to call the office late Saturday night after he heard my A/C went out. Someone on call scheduled for Megan to come out bright & early Sunday morning. She was able to locate the issue & show me in the attic that my unit was rusty, falling apart & 25 years old! She provided us 3 different options & educated us on each one. My wife & I decided to have them install a new unit the next morning. Ernie & his crew came early, the next day to install a new Lennox unit in less time than he thought he would need! The unit is super quiet & much more efficient. “4him was sent out by the home warranty company when im AC began having issues. They told me that my system was not worth repairing and that I needed a whole new system. I had no issue with the techs that came out and diagnosed the issue. My issue was with the "team" that came out for install. The install team damaged a light fixture and didn't even bother to let us know, they just left it bent and barely hanging on. They left a mess of insulation and rusted metal in my front yard, and failed to install the system properly. It took three phone calls in a week for the install manager to finally makes it out to fix the issue. For over a week the blower motor on the new system ran nonstop because the original install team did not install a sensor correctly. The attic access was cut out and ”

AC went out Thursday night, I had to wait for home warranty to dispatch it out Friday, 4Him set it up for the next Monday but I called and asked if there was anyway they could come Saturday and they made it happen! Bryan the tech was INCREDIBLE! He was so patient with me, went over ALL the options, it did not feel salesy at all but rather honest and transparent (he made sure I saw all the pictures and knew what I was paying over and ultimately found the right plan of action for me). Came back to us and let us know the unit was 16 years old! He explained in detail what repairs needed to be made and what that would cost in relation to a new unit.
