Hands down best experience ever! They were prompt and respectful of my property. They both had really good energy. “Austin came by. Appt was between 10am and 2pm. I had to sit in this hot house and wait as the company provided no text or phone call advising of a more exact time (like the olden days). He changed out thermostat and said it will start in about 5 min. An hour later nothing started and it’s hotter in here on this 105 degree day. No emergency number, no contact number for the tech., nothing. 😡. Since it’s Saturday we will have to wait two more days for anyone in the office to answer their phone.”

“They NEVER answer the phone so be prepared to wait 30-60 minutes... felt like a bait and switch as was assured my daughters non warranty covered repair would fix the ac issue $1250 and 6 hours to install a single part and it still had same exact issue for them to then say its a duct issue & needed a new service request to which they didn't get & im so glad!! If tell you warranty doesn't cover get a 2nd opinion before paying them”
