Alien Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Alien Air Conditioning and Heating LLC operates out of Phoenix as a full service HVAC outfit handling both homes and commercial properties. They keep systems running through the brutal summer heat that hits this area hard every year, with crews that tackle everything from basic tune ups to full replacements. The company stays licensed bonded and insured so homeowners know the work meets code without surprises. Their focus stays on practical fixes that keep air moving and costs down rather than fancy add ons that do little for daily comfort in the desert climate.

Technicians handle AC repairs when units freeze up or start blowing weak air along with heating checks before winter sets in and air quality work to cut down on dust and odors that build up in older homes. They run energy audits to spot leaks and inefficient parts that drive up bills then offer maintenance plans that include regular inspections to catch issues early. Crews show up ready with tools to test coils fans and thermostats then explain what needs fixing before any work starts so owners stay in control of the job and the cost. Common calls involve replacing worn capacitors cleaning coils that have collected desert grit and adjusting systems that short cycle during peak heat.

Customers in Phoenix count on fast responses when the AC quits in July and steady quality that lasts through the next season without callbacks. Fair pricing shows up often in feedback because crews quote the real parts and labor needed instead of padding for extras. Clear talk from the shop keeps everyone on the same page about timelines and options which builds trust on bigger installs. DIRT Score 4.78 from 257 reviews on Finds.

“Alien Air Conditioning is the best!! We used them a couple of years ago to replace our AC unit, and they did a great job back then. Recently, we had another issue come up with the AC, so I gave them a call in the morning. They responded right away and were able to come out within about one to two hours, which is almost unheard of, especially during the brutal AZ summer heat. From the moment technician arrived, he was friendly, professional, honest, and very easy to work with. He took the time to look into the problem and figure out what was really going on. It turned out the issue was actually related to an old pipeline from a previous system that had been done a long time ago. It was not even something they originally caused, but they still stepped up and took care of it free of charge!!”

“I called on a Sunday morning, and within an hour they were on my roof repairing my 30+ year old Trane A/C! These guys are Truly Aliens from out of this world 👾👽. My Space is Cool again 💙💨🌀. Call them! You won't be disappointed 👍”

“I had Alien AC install 2 new unit around 9 years ago. They have been great taking care of the units and keeping them running well. They are very knowledgeable and do not try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs. Jeremy was my technician the last few times and he is great! I highly recommend them and they charge fair prices.”

“I had a great experience with Alien Air conditioning. They upgraded my insulation. They were responsive and got the job done in a timely manner. They also serviced my AC unit. “I can’t say enough great things about Alien Air Conditioning and Heating LLC! This morning my AC stopped blowing cold air, and my house started heating up fast—no small issue on a 108° Phoenix day. I reached out with the details and got a response within 15 minutes, and a technician was at my home in under 2 hours. The technician was friendly, professional, and got right to work. He climbed up on the roof, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything fixed in about 30 minutes. He explained everything clearly, and there was no upselling—just honest, efficient service. It was such a relief to have cool air again so quickly! This is a family-owned and operated company I’ve trusted for nearly 5 years, and they consistently deliver reliable, top-notch service. Living in Phoenix, having an AC”

“I called Alien A/C to service an old unit at our home. Jeremy, the technician, inspected the unit and offered options for repairs and the option to install a new unit. I really appreciated being given the full range of options and the professional advice rather than strictly a sales pitch. They were communicative, on time, and verified their work with pictures. Highly recommend!”

“Called me back within 30 minutes of leaving a voicemail. Correctly diagnosed my issue over the phone immediately and provided instructions so we could stop the leak. Jeremy came out the very next morning. Called me 30 minutes before arriving. Quickly checked my system. Offered solutions. Didn’t push me when we elected not to replace a part, add a part, or join their club. Quickly performed the maintenance. Courteous and professional. Will absolutely be calling them for future AC maintenance.”

“Our air conditioning went out on a Thursday night so I called Alien to see if we could get a technician early the next week. I was delighted when they said that they could come out that morning! Jeremy was very helpful, quick, and detailed. I am grateful that our unit is tuned up and fixed before the hot Phoenix summer.”

“Alien came out and installed my new AC yesterday. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The new unit works great! They even saved me some money by reusing the stand my old AC unit was on. I would definitely recommend Alien Air for anyone who needs AC repair or replacement.”
