I just purchased another water softener. The installer was very patient with me and explained the water test and after installation of the new system the operation and adding of the salt crystals. Thirteen years ago they installed my water softening and Reverse Osmosis(RO) systems Today, Fidel--a knowledgeable, kind and honest serviceman who has been changing the water filter on my RO system every six months to a year came out to install a brand new RO system. These systems are usually replaced every ten to fifteen years as they become less efficient. As always, Fidel did a great job. I highly recommend this company.”

He was able to respond to my need for a/c replacement almost immediately and was able to work with me on price to earn my business. “I am not one to normally leave a review let alone a negative review. I would give zero stars if possible. I had this company install a new air conditioning system for us several years ago and they neglected to send the information to Trane so we had our full warranty coverage. The only resolution they had was for us to go through them for repairs or maintenance and they would cover the parts. It is impossible to get on the schedule and have them keep the appointment. Since the new ownership has taken over, it has been nothing but a terrible experience with this company and I will never use them again. Please beware before utilizing this company.”
