Fazeli came and explained the whole process and informed of pricing/quotes, we came to an agreement and the ball was rolling in to the actual installation. “Do not recommend this company. I bought new AC unit on 2/25. Unit stopped working on 3/26 and was told no warranty, it would cost me $1900 to repair or $1100 if I get their 5 year warranty. I advised them I have the Comfort Shield warranty but they have not returned any of my calls.
