Clear Air Conditioning and Heating Inc

Clear Air Conditioning and Heating Inc operates as a local HVAC crew based in Phoenix, Texas. Their work centers on air conditioning and heating systems for homes across the area. The company manages climate control setups including heat pumps, dual-fuel systems, ductless units, and gas furnaces along with zone controls. Phoenix summers push cooling equipment to the limit with nonstop high temperatures and dust that clogs filters fast, so these technicians see plenty of urgent calls when units fail during peak heat. Homeowners face frequent breakdowns from constant running and need crews who know how the local weather wears down compressors and coils over time.

They handle air conditioning repair and maintenance, install new heat pumps or ductless systems, and service gas furnaces when they stop firing properly. Duct cleaning, air handler work, and indoor air quality improvements come up often along with smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm checks. The crew also adds home automation and surge protection to protect whole systems. Jobs start with an online schedule or instant quote, then a tech arrives to diagnose the exact problem like a leaking line or weak airflow before fixing it with the right parts and testing the full setup to make sure it holds through another brutal season.

Phoenix heat makes reliable HVAC service a real necessity and this outfit earns solid marks by responding fast to breakdowns, delivering clean work on repairs that last, and keeping prices straightforward without surprises. Homeowners get clear updates on what is wrong and what it will take to fix it, which matters when equipment quits on the hottest days. That record of steady results in tough conditions adds up over hundreds of jobs. DIRT Score 4.82 from 515 reviews on Finds.

“We had an awesome experience with Clear Air Conditioning and Heating for our duct cleaning service. Brock, Ulises, Gabe, and Thomas showed up on time, were friendly, professional, and great to work with. The entire team did an outstanding job and worked efficiently from start to finish. They were more than happy to stop and answer all of our questions and did a fantastic job protecting our belongings, so dust and debris were kept to a minimum. You can really tell they care about doing the job right. Brock went above and beyond by helping us come up with solutions for an airflow issue in our office. He explained all the potential fixes/options clearly and professionally, which we really appreciated. Overall, this team was phenomenal. We would absolutely recommend Clear Air Conditioning a”

“Clear Air came out to do a routine maintenance and cleaning of my two units. Scheduling was easy and they communicated clearly when they’d be arriving. The technician Ulysses was friendly, efficient and thorough. He answered my questions and gave advice for maintaining the units going forward. I intend to call them for future services!”

“We went with Clear Air for our new unit in our house a few years back. We also went with the maintenance package, which was smart. Brock is one of the service guys that comes out and does the maintenance. He’s extremely courteous and he addresses you by name. He walks you through everything and lets you know what he’s going to do and afterwards explains how everything‘s working. Our house is always clean, but you know us OCD people we’re always worried when we have to have service people come into the home. NO worries EVER when Brock comes into our house. He leaves it just the way he found it (or better if you were waiting to do that area till the service guys were done)! Literally he leaves it immaculate! Which is extremely hard to find with service people coming in and out of your home. ”

“When we needed a new air conditioner we counted on Clear Air to continue their outstanding service and provide us with a replacement. The experience was every bit of what we expected and our new air conditioner is keeping our home comfortable! A special shout out goes to Brock and the team for their hard work and dedication to getting everything perfect up to and including their follow-up after the install. We keep Clear Air's card at our fingertips so we can hand it out to anyone we know who needs AC service or replacement. Highly recommended!”

“Clear Air has provided professional and courteous service since I began working with them 10 years ago. Brock is an outstanding tech and communicates the scope of work and what is needed with great understanding.”

“Brock was fantastic. In spite of the fact he is a Niners Fan......:). He was on time. Communicated well. And found the best and most economical solution to our issue. Highly Recommend him.”

“very impressed with Brock and the inspection and recommended services. Given a variety of options. Very thorough in his explanations and answering questions and did not make me feel rushed having no idea how HVAC works here in Arizona versus the Midwest. Will be working with them for the foreseeable future. Keep up the good work, Brock.”

“Nelson Brock performed a deep dive into our AC system. He didn't skip corners and measured and cleaned the entire Hvac system. A big thanks to Tayler at Clear Air for clear communication, flexibility and keeping us in the loop with regard to arrival technician. Yep, I will use this company again and have to say I feel ready for Arizona's brutal summer.”
