Cooper Climate Control Inc

Cooper Climate Control Inc works out of Phoenix, TX on HVAC systems for houses in the area. They focus on air conditioning and heating equipment with an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau behind them. The local climate in Phoenix, TX brings long hot stretches that push cooling units hard every year and create steady demand for fixes before problems turn into bigger issues. Homeowners here count on crews who know how dust and constant use wear down compressors and coils over time.

In practice the company handles air conditioning installation jobs along with heating and AC repair calls that come in at all hours. Phoenix, TX summers often knock out older units during the worst heat so technicians show up to diagnose electrical faults or low refrigerant levels and get things running again without dragging the process out. They also replace entire systems when repair costs climb too high and make sure new equipment matches the size of the house and the load from the sun. Common calls involve restoring airflow in ductwork clogged by fine Texas dust or swapping out thermostats that stop reading temperatures right after years of daily cycles.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time handles the work without extra trips and explains options in plain terms before any parts get ordered. Word spreads about fair charges that stay close to the original quote and repairs that hold up through the next season instead of failing again right away. Speed on emergency calls and clear updates during longer jobs stand out as the main reasons the record stays strong. DIRT Score 4.94 from 264 reviews on Finds.

“Kendall from Cooper Climate Control came highly recommended to me 16 years ago when I was looking to improve A/C flow due to poor installation by the builders of my home. The improvements made by Kendall and his team were incredible! When it was time to replace the units, Kendall answered all my questions and made the whole installation process easy and stress free. Kendall and his team are honest, friendly, professional and tidy. I really appreciate the quality of their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C service or a new installation. Thanks again for the great job!”

“Owner Kendall was very professional to deal with, laying out all my options and explaining in detail. On installation day, his crew worked hard to make sure all units worked smoothly. Very professional and hard working and very organized. Highly recommend Cooper Climate Control for its attention to detail and for making sure my new system was right for me. Always a joy to deal with a company that prides itself in making sure the customer is totally satisfied. Five stars plus!”

“Cooper Climate Control (CCC) replaced my 17 year old Trane heat pump with an 18 seer Tru Comfort heat pump. Kendall from CCC came out multiple times to make sure I understood the scope and deliverables of the project. CCC not only replace the heat pump but also added a new return to improve the air flow and added a new filter at the air handling unit. They also added a surge protector on the disconnect box. I could go on but I will close by saying that the price quoted for the job was considerably lower than the others. After the project was complete, Kendall came out one more time to inspect the work and to make sure I knew how to submit the paperwork for the warranties from Trane and rebates from SRP. Really impressed with their team and plan to use them again when I replace my other uni”

“My call for service was immediately answered late afternoon and service came lunchtime the next day. That seems responsive for the middle of June. April at Cooper Climate Control (CCC) kept me updated on expected service time. Kendall came and quickly identified the issue, did not try to upsell me, had the part in his truck, and fixed the issue with my AC unit. CCC folks are courteous, responsive, and get things done. I will no doubt continue to use them for my HVAC needs!”

“Replacing an HVAC system is no joke. It's a major expense that most people don't plan for, and in Arizona, it’s a necessity—especially when you underestimate how hot the summers get and how chilly those fall and winter months can be. So, when my 25-year-old unit finally decided to call it quits and head off to HVAC Heaven, I knew I had to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and get a new packaged heat pump. I called in 12 to 15 different companies from across the metro, most of whom were friendly and professional. But there was one that stood out, and no, it wasn’t because they were the cheapest. Kendall really impressed me with his knowledge, experience, and expertise. He wasn’t trying to upsell me with a fancy system I didn’t need—he asked all the right questions, and he had a solid selec”

“I have worked with this company since 2008 and find them to be professional, honest and respectful in their client relationships. In 2026 the team did an efficient and thorough job of installing two Trane air conditioning and heating systems in my home. I’m happy to recommend them to other homeowners.”

“Always a professional and friendly encounter with Kendall. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Call them and make your A/C buying experience a reality. Have recommended to countless coworkers over the years.”

“Kendall and his team were top notch professionals. We felt taken care of not sold to. They kept our best interests in mind and didn’t over promise, but exceeded expectations. We would highly recommend to family and friends.”

“Kendall and his team did an outstanding job. They were on time and finished the job in two days: new AC, duct system removal and new system installation for better airflow, and new insulation. Kendall fully explained why he stood by his recommendations. I appreciate his patience for explaining and giving me time to think about what I wanted to do as next steps, if any. I recommend them to everyone. My home is much more comfortable than before. Some recommendations: *Kendall's offer was very competitive. Research the difference between single stage, multi stage, and variable heat pump systems. *Research insulation and how duct systems work. This will help understand the project scope and why it makes sense comfort and money wise to upgrade or to not upgrade. It really depends on your home.”

“Kendall and everyone @ Cooper Climate Control are fantastic! When ever we have a cooling or heating concern its quick and professional service that we receive. 5 Stars all day !”
