“Air went out. Went through American Home Shield for warranty repair / replace. They sent Crispy Air & Heating to our house. Jah J., the tech they sent, was awesome to deal with. We couldn't be happier. He was very professional and went above and beyond to help us figure out our best options with detailed explanations while making sure we understood everything he was explaining to us. We will definitely be using them again in the future, home warranty or not. Update: They installed our new AC unit and new thermostat today (Monday morning) They arrived early in the time window given, between 8:30 am & 9am Again, they were very professional. “My brand new HVAC blower motor malfunctioned due to a manufacturing issue. I made a home warranty claim it was advised that Crispy would be the company that would be called out. I then called Crispy on a weekend with basically no notice and asked for emergency service. They were able to respond within an hour and even made it work with my home warranty company. Tyrese was sent out and completed the work very quickly into a very high degree of professionalism. He was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and even fixed some other issues he saw while he was there.
