Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing

Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating, & Plumbing works out of Phoenix handling HVAC repairs and installations along with plumbing jobs. The outfit has operated in the area for over 40 years, focusing on keeping homes comfortable through the worst of the summer heat and handling furnace work when winter dips arrive. Crews cover air conditioning fixes, new system installs, and maintenance checks that stop small problems from turning into full breakdowns. They also manage heat pump setups and basic plumbing calls when leaks hit, giving local homeowners one spot for the systems that matter most in this climate.

Technicians handle air conditioning repair calls that come in during peak heat waves, along with furnace repair and installation work that keeps older units running through colder spells. They take on mini split installs for homes that need zoned cooling, clean air ducts clogged with desert dust, and set up air purification gear to cut down on indoor allergens. Maintenance visits catch issues before they strand families without cool air, while upfront pricing lets folks know the cost before any wrench turns. Same-day responses address emergencies fast, and a ten-year parts and labor warranty backs the installs so homeowners avoid repeat visits on major jobs.

Customers keep coming back because the work gets done without delays, the fixes hold up under daily use, and the costs stay clear from the start. Reviews show steady praise for quick arrivals on hot days, solid quality on repairs that last, fair pricing that matches the quoted amount, and direct talk about what needs doing versus what can wait. That record adds up over thousands of jobs in Phoenix. DIRT Score 4.89 from 9744 reviews on Finds.

“I’m happy to say that our experience was awesome. It first started with the woman that answered the phone and gathered my information to set up an appointment. I’m sad that I forgot her name, but I want to share my experience with Michal Orlowski our plumbing technician. He was so professional and very patient explaining everything to me for all the questions and show and tell.. he checked out my tankless water heater and descaled it for me, that was minor compared to the big job that he had to do on the valve that had to be replaced on our outside water pipe, 3 inch valve. Turns out it was quite the job. I’m very blessed that my girlfriend Susie turned me onto this company and I’m very blessed that they sent this amazing technician. I WOULD RECOMMENDED”

“Andrew King went above and beyond while moving and repiping my underperforming electric on demand hot water heater I've been limping along with for years and installing my water softener and carbon filter systems, taking the time to not only make sure that it was done right but to answer all my questions and explain everything to me to my satisfaction! He also gave me feasible replacement options for for the said electric water heater. Thank you Andy. I highly recommend Day and Night air conditioning and heating! **** Okay, it's been a week or so, and my original, old electric hot water heater just was not cutting it. So I took the option of having Day and Night install an on-demand GAS unit that could handle the load my house uses along with a pressure regulating valve that brought my w”

“Day and Night AC was fantastic. Came out right away and performed a quality inspection on my AC system. Employee Izzy was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use again and i do recommend them. Well done Day and Night.”

“I just spent 45 minutes riding a glowing review and it didn't post. Sorry guys, you get the abridged version. Zak, who initially did my HVAC maintenance appointment was very honest and forthcoming and advised us not to spend $6,200 in a 12-year unit. We set up an appointment with Ken, their sales consultant for the next morning and our new AC unit was installed Thursday morning by Andrew, Cody, Quinn. They were awesome! We needed duct work. They had that done and the old unit ready to be taken off the roof by the time the crane operator arrived. Their cleanup was as if they were never here. I highly recommend you spend $20 a month and become a VIP member! On a side note that has nothing to do with this crew - I wish the crane operator would have been fully paying attention the entire time”

“Great experience having to have our garbage disposal replaced. It had started to act up but then was fine. We came back from vacation and it was dead. Day & Night responded quickly to the request for a quote. Derek P was our technician. He was professional, gave us a few options on replacement units with good explanations to my questions. He was knowledgeable and easy to talk to during the process. Overall extremely satisfied with the entire process.”

“I've never met such a hard-working man! Jordon performed an excellent job. My husband and I are pleased and grateful for the work he’s done today! Jordan is very knowledgeable in his area of work, and when we had questions he took the time to explain positively! He’s very polite and professional. If we need future services, we would like to ask for Jordan as our technician. We can’t thank him enough!”

“We had an issue with our water heater and called Day & Night Air & Plumbing. Daniel Beauvais was amazing! He was able to fit us into his schedule and provided same day service, which we really appreciated. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before getting started. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. He had our water heater working again in no time, and the entire experience was stress free. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Daniel went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend Daniel and Day & Night Air & Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumber. Thank you for the outstanding service!”

“Julian Zapata did an outstanding job replacing my main water service line. He handled a big project that involved excavation, concrete removal and repair, and installing about 100 feet of new 3/4-inch line with a tracing wire. He also upgraded valves, reconnected the hose bib, added protective sleeves under the concrete, and made sure everything was tested and leak‑free. The workmanship was excellent, the cleanup was thorough, and the system is working perfectly. Julian kept me informed the whole time and made sure I was completely satisfied. Highly recommend him for any plumbing work — truly top‑notch service.”

“Julian Zapata did an excellent job with removal of the old water heater & installing the new one. He seemed very knowledgeable & explained everything thoroughly. He was also extremely courteous. I would recommend him highly. The cost of the replacement seems high compared with previous experience.”

“The guys were very courteous, friendly and very conscientious of our house. They were able to get it done quicker than they had originally estimated and did not seem to waste any time while they were here. After everything had been installed they helped me get the new thermostat connected to my phone, which caused the unit to turn off while it reconnected. When I asked the lead man if that was normal, he said that it was and that he would be willing to wait until a kick back on which I thought was very thoughtful and nice.”
