They let me know when they would arrive and worked with my schedule as well as accommodating to get it done as soon as possible . Michael explained everything well and even came back over the same day to go through financing with me and get measurements so they could get it ordered as soon as possible . They scheduled to have my floor ducts cleaning out several days after the new installation of the ac unit .
