Mia was very professional, polite, and very helpful in getting a technician to come out today. Jason was assigned to come and work on the A/C unit. He was prompt on responding via text. They had me scheduled in the evening and luckily he came out even sooner and was very polite and precise. I definitely would recommend Jason and Fix it Frankie's team to help during an emergency. On the second visit, I was charged for an inspection, but the “report” I received was just a short paragraph embedded in the invoice. I had specifically requested photos, especially of the roof/vent work, which the technician indicated would be provided, but they delivered after emailing three times, especially concerning given that documentation was a primary reason for hiring them. The overall service did not match what was presented. The inspection documentation was incomplete and not sufficient for what was requested. Their system also appears heavily automated, and it was extremely difficult to reach a live pers”

“Called fix it frankie about my AC unit and booked it for the next days Saturday Got a call from Aldo telling me he would be at my trailer in 40 mins. Also arrived got straight to work and found it within 30 mins. Had the part in his van took Aldo another 30 mins to fit the part and my AC was back in working order, he then cleaned the unit for me. “Wow what a difference in ac/heating companies. My roof top ac heating unit stopped working. I had two "reputable companies" tell me I needed approximately $3000 worth of repairs needed on a 15 year old trane unit. I considered purchasing a new unit..$10,000..since my unit was 15 years old. I then had one more company "Fix It Franky" evaluate it. They determined different issues with their diagnosis. They repaired it for $400.00 and has been working perfectly.
