However, there were 2 things I wasn’t completely comfortable with. First, Kelley asked me to leave him a review with him standing next to me. He even asked for a five star review which I felt was inappropriate. Second, I’d asked him if he videotaped his check of my heat pump which many technicians do and which I always appreciate. I like to know what the readings are because I keep a record of when they’re within acceptable range. When I asked him about the video, he showed me a video and said, “So, here’s your heat pump.” There was not a meter attached to the pump that showed the readings and, honestly, he showed me the video so fast it could have be”

“Thought I’d been getting decent service over the past 5 years. Turns out they advised the wrong filters and took until today for someone to correct. Due to these cheap filters for better air flow, my $20K+ system needs at least $5K in work to get it back to running great. See photos of dirt inside my unit motors. Found out that George Brazil just had to let go of ~200 service techs for them either not doing what they were supposed to or they were lying to their customers. Huge let down to pay extra to go with a “reputable” company. Will be exploring other A/C companies moving forward. “Their first technician they sent was good and he fixed the initial problem but a few hours later my ac unit stopped working again. Within the hour they sent a 2nd technician Kelly who was amazing! It was late at night and he was very busy but still came and fixed our unit promptly. Great customer service! Even if they are a little more money, in the long run, having a quality maintenance program is key to overall system health, efficiency and longevity. “My air went out at 3:00pm on a Wednesday. Within 90 minutes of calling I had a service tech on site to diagnose. He climbed to my 3 story roof and returned with a video to explain exactly what he saw and needed to repair - also with a fair warning that the repair may or may not be successful. In the end, it wasn't and I needed a new unit. On Friday Angel and Issac were there to install my new unit and clean the ducts so I'd have a fresh new system and airflow going. While I hated to drop that kind of money on an unexpected expense, they were both friendly and professional and kept me updated throughout the day on the progress. I purchased their hassle free 10 year system and became a "member". I came home this morning to an AC that was set for 75 and was blowing air at 84. The temp outside is over 100 and the temp in the house is rising and now at 90. I called and talked to a representative who told me the following: You are member and your system is under warranty, thank you for your service. After a lot of discussion he told me that a tech will be there on Tues evening. it is 9am on Sun.
