Hobaica Services LLC

Hobaica Services LLC operates out of Phoenix, AZ as a straight HVAC outfit handling everything from basic cooling needs to full heating setups for local homes. They focus on air conditioning repair, installs, and maintenance along with mini-split systems, heat pumps, and furnace work. In a place like Phoenix the summers hit hard and units run nonstop, so these guys stay busy keeping systems running through the worst heat. Their list of services covers air duct repair and cleaning, indoor air quality checks, humidifier and dehumidifier installs, plus smart thermostat setups that help homeowners cut down on energy use during peak months.

Phoenix weather puts real strain on HVAC equipment with constant high temperatures and dust that clogs filters and coils fast. Homeowners here often need quick fixes on broken compressors or leaking ducts that push up bills, and Hobaica handles those along with seasonal maintenance to catch problems before they leave a house without cooling. They also take care of heating side jobs like furnace repairs when winter rolls around, even if it stays mild, plus air duct sealing and cleaning to improve airflow in older properties common around the city. The work shows up in jobs fixing mini-splits in additions or installing new units that hold up better against the dry desert air and sudden temperature swings.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, gets the job done right without extra trips, and keeps prices in line with what the work actually costs. Reviews point to solid communication on what needs fixing and quality that lasts through another brutal summer. That kind of track record adds up when thousands of homeowners rate the results. “Update 5/20/26: D'Andre and his apprentice flushed our water heater and did a full inspection of all our plumbing. Very generous guys, wore shoe covers to help keep the house tidy, showed pictures of what was needed. Thanks again for another great visit! We had the pleasure of Andy Hobaica come out and do an assessment on the AC unit. We knew it was going to need to be replaced. Andy walked us through everything, very detailed and got us a very good deal before the Summer heat came. That was May 5th. By May 7th, the entire unit was replaced. Sergio and Nacho came out, offered my wife and I breakfast. They were very clean and professional. Cleaned up everything before they left. Even went a step further and replaced some trim for my attic entry. Thanks Sergio, Nacho and Andy for a EXTREMEL”

“Austin was perfect. Came in on time. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection of my unit and sent me a report of everything after! Highly recommend. I bought my unit from them 2 years ago and have been happy with it.”

“It’s summer time in AZ and we recently purchased this house so we wanted an inspection of our AC unit. I contacted Hobaica for an inspection and they were able to schedule me quickly. Tyler and Steve came out and they were both very professional and knowledgeable. They wore booties inside which I appreciated and they did a thorough job inspecting the unit on the roof and the air returns inside. They never tried to sell me on anything or pressure me at all. I appreciated their honestly and integrity. I am definitely going to use them for future repairs. I already have a call in to schedule duct work cleaning as well!”

“Logan Whitcomb was great. He called ahead of time, arrived on schedule, wore his booties in the house, he was careful when working inside the house and was really efficient in getting my a/c system ready for the summer. He provided information about maintenance plans that will save me money in the long run. And, he and my dog, Elke, got along great. I look forward to seeing Logan again (but not too soon).”

“Erik E came to install our new AC unit. He was very personable and friendly, explained everything he was doing. He talked over the new thermostat, my warranty, and any other information I would need to know. Hobaica not only half the price as others, work was done well, efficient, and quickly! Will continue to use Hobaica for all my AC needs.”

“I had an outstanding experience working with Austin, Andy, and Sergio. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to explain the entire process to me in an easy-to-understand way. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at every step. Their dedication to excellent customer service truly stood out, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of their help. I would highly recommend Austin, Andy, and Sergio (who did the installation)—11 out of 10, every single time! Thank you all for making this such a smooth and positive experience.”

“Anthony was great! Not only very knowledgeable, but very personable as well. He went beyond my initial request, and checked things I didn’t even ask him to check. Very thorough. And very consistent with my experience at Hobaica. Always first class. Thank you!!”

“All around, I’d say great experience. Jared, my sales rep, was clear, knowledgeable and to the point with what I needed and wanted for a new install. The guys that make it happen, Gio and Jacob, were top notch on the install. Kudos to anyone who will jump into an attic when it’s over 100 degrees. They were professional, courteous and efficient. I’ll definitely be recommending this team to anyone that needs their services.”

“Devon B was the technician sent to perform our 6 month maintenance on our ac. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable as he thoroughly completed the maintenance. He was also great with our three year old dog, Lilly, who insists on being part of the maintenance. 🐕”

“June, 27, 2026 Today Anthony came to replace both sides of the spigots that connect my washing machine to the water supply. First of all, he was prompt and friendly and professional. He inspected my 31 year old valves and explained my best options, giving me estimates. He helped me understand the job and the quality of the replacement valves and plumbing that would be done. He did an excellent, extremely neat and professional job and left my laundry room spotless. Thank you Hobaica for always promptly and dependably sending out excellent repair persons! Anthony is the best! Jean & Al Ladensack May19, 2026. Today Brayan G. did the most thorough job ever on my regular 6 month maintenance on my a.c. blower unit and compressor.
