“Nick did such a great job. He was very thorough and gave a detailed explanation of everything. He even took the time to help our nervous pup get to know him so she calmed down right away and was okay with him being in our house. When Nick was finished inspecting everything, he let us know exactly what issues might need to be addressed in the future. “I had outstanding service from Nomar V and Jamie from Howard Air and Plumbing . A neighbor recommended them and I was very happy with their professionalism and quality of work. Had a leak under the master bath sink and Nomar and Jamie diagnosed and provided clear information of what the problem was , and the flat rate cost to fix it. “I have had several problems with my HVAC unit and these guys, I believe, have always been honest with me about the repairs needed. Hayden came out to do the biannual service check and discovered my heat was not working and explained what parts needed to be repaired along with pictures and an estimate of the repairs needed. He was very professional and has great customer service skills for such a young man! I have been skeptical of this industry for taking advantage but I don’t believe this company is on the list of questionable service providers and those that do bill padding….after all, my church referred me to them so I trusted them. Both of these gentlemen came well prepared to explain the services my home desperately needs. Taking a deep inventory of all of the plumbing in our home, from the twenty year RO system that they found is no longer functioning correctly, to the under skin drains that have corrosion and calcium built up on the shut off values, water supply lines, and the faucets, to the washing machine waters hoses that are cracking and need to be replaced.
