The Integrity team had their technician (Johnny C) call me after hours to explain the issue to him (fan not working on outside ac unit). He said it was likely the capacitor and asked we turn off the unit until he was able to go to our home. He was able to come to our home the next morning and fix the issue immediately. He was prompt, professional, and very kind. Their costs are extremely reasonable and we will certainly be using them again. Johnny came by to check on our dual furnace heating system (we just bought this 4 year old house and only the AC units had ever been checked as far as we could tell). He was prompt, thorough and full of great information. Integrity had installed a mini-split in our garage several weeks ago and we were quite impressed with the service, so we called on this system check. Glad we did. I needed a second opinion after yearly maintenance inspection from my now old a/c company had given me a very high quote for a simple repair on a part. Technician Stephen Sawicky JR came out and listened to everything I was concerned about and did a thorough inspection of our unit. During the inspection Stephen discovered that one capacitor was running low and that a second capacitor was added to the unit that was not needed. He pointed out that the old a/c company had tried to bypass the one capacitor by adding another to charge me for two capacitors to replace instead of one.
