“Brandon and Deshawn were life savers!! After living a literal nightmare with another HVAC company last week. Our warranty company reassigned our service to Kappa Air, thank goodness. I immediately got a call to schedule service and they were available to come out the next day. Unfortunately, we weren't available, so they worked with our schedule. TODAY, Brandon and Deshawn show up, quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a few options. We chose to have them fix it. It took about an hour and boom AC working great!!”

“If I could give zero stars I would! This company was contracted by my home warranty company to assess the AC unit not properly cooling the second floor. Prior to them coming out the AC was at least cooling the second floor to 80°. They came out on Friday and after they left, they made it worse and the upstairs was 90° by Friday evening! I called them several times, they never answer, and their voicemail full. They did text me an invoice of what the issue was and said that I can text back to that number… I text a couple of times and let them know that whatever their technician did out here it made the AC worse. It is now Thursday and I still have not heard back from the Kappa. I just called my warranty company, they can’t get a hold of them either, and they never sent in the report of wha”

“Kappa Air was scheduled to come out on a Monday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to inspect my A/C unit. I spoke with them five days before the appointment to confirm, and they assured me they would be there. They also said they would call me on Saturday with a smaller arrival window, but I never received a call. On the day of the appointment, they never showed up. I've tried calling multiple times, but every call goes to voicemail, and the mailbox is full, so I can't even leave a message. Their lack of communication and failure to show up without any notice is extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend a company that doesn't value its customers' time or communicate when issues arise.”

“I am 100% pleased with Desean, the technician, who actually did the work on our air conditioner and Kappa Air. Desean is knowledgeable and professional; he knew exactly what was wrong and went about fixing the issue. He advised us on how to maintain the system and to cut back bushes that were too close to the unit. We would definitely use Kappa-Air again and only ask for Desean as our technician. We had home owners insurance through First American Home and they called Kappa-Air to do the repairs.”

“Kappa was sent to my home by my home warranty company. They will handle the financial aspect. Another company said we needed a great deal of work. Probably $2000 - $3000. I explained to the Kappa tech what the other company said. The technician said let me check. Went on the roof and when he came back down he said, nothing is wrong with your unit. I asked seriously. He said it’s just old. Nothing is bent or broken. It’s fine. This young man was so professional, kind, and a pleasure. I highly recommend this company. 10+ Service.”

“They were sent through our home warranty. Three weeks later and they don’t return any of our phone calls. They seem to keep part time hours. I would not recommend them. We paid $100 per warranty and so far have received zippo. Let’s see if they return another message from my husband. Really awful.”

“BEAWARE before going with Kappa-Air First - They sent out their "Senior Tech" to diagnose why my heat wasn't turning on. The tech wasn't familiar with the wiring in my old unit. Immediately, they wanted to run a new thermostat wire across my roof and through my wall or purchase a wireless kit for $700+. I was called into work for an emergency and wasn't home when the tech arrived. I tried to call their office multiple times and no one answered, left messages and never received a call back to reschedule. The company then stated the new wire option won't be approved by my HOA and leaves the option to purchase their wireless kit. My HOA was never contacted! The company refused to send someone else out again while I was home. They never went inside my house, never looked at my thermostat. Kap”
