“Ryan P did a great job! He was on time and finished the job in the time he said he would. He offered suggestions to keep our A/C units working great as we are about to go into another hot AZ summer.”

“I really wish I could leave a better review, because the first technician came out and spent hours trying to fix our AC. He was really nice and seemed knowledgeable, and told us that he needed to go because the weather, but our AC fix would be completed first thing the next morning. Imagine my surprise when I wake up and I learn they called my girlfriend the next day to say that the job was getting pushed back till the day AFTER, leaving us stranded without AC in one hundred degree weather for two days. I had to call back and explain the situation and what their tech told me and my girlfriend got blamed saying she "accepted" the next day appointment when they said that's just how it had to be. John and Ron got here at around 8:30 am and just left at almost 6pm. They put in so much hard work.. John was in my attic in over 90 degree heat for hours and his helper Ron braved the outside.
