“Just bought new Ac & maintenance package, had some questions and concerns, gave them a call, they came right out, checked everything out, answered all my questions and set my mind at ease. The technician was very polite and helpful 😀. I have been a customer of Patrick Riley for over 10 years now and I just signed up for another 10 years of service, that should say it all. Very 😁 happy with their product and service.”

“Unfortunately gentleman was nice but found 8000 dollars of work and almost talked me into it even though I can’t afford. Had second opinion and yes a few things needed to be fixed but not emergency. Plus he said price was way over what was to be done. He also checked my water heater and found cover not hooked back on , tape around pipe ripped and a hole in exterior plastic pipe. That has to be fixed ? Left unfinished by your guy. Fixing today. I do thank you for compensating with filters.”

He removed our old dining room light fixture and installed a new light/fan combo we purchased from Costco—and even assembled it straight out of the box in under an hour. Kyle was polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Very nice to work with, and we’re extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend!”

“The job got done, that is why I gave a 2. First the price for what should have been a 15 to 20 min job and 10 dollars worth of parts to replace the water valve behind the refrigerator took roughly 2 hours. The technician got to the house to a picture and said I have to go buy parts. He comes back and had to do the same job over 3 times because he screwed up. He melted my plastic alive box and the valve is crooked. Not impressed, especially for that price. Talk about gouging hard working people!! Lesson learned! Do it myself next time. Would have cost me no more than 50 since I would have had to buy a torch and solder.”

“they called to have a schedule done to come to my home to flush out my water heater. The first appointment. They didn’t even call they did not show up. Then I get a call. I think about a Week later to set up an appointment. I told him about the first incident. And convinced me to reschedule. Then I get a call From themthe day of the appointment one hour before to cancel. And they expect me to be happy with that when I planned my day for a three hour slot for them to come to my home. Something is seriously wrong with reliability on their part as far as I’m concerned. I should never have accepted the second appointment but was reassured that they would be here.”

“Technician Ernest, performed preventive maintenance as scheduled on my approx 2-yr old AC unit. He was courteous and respectful of property. Informed me that the unit was functioning properly with no problems observed. Before departing, he tested thermostat controls to ensure settings were working properly for heating and cooling and asked if I had any questions. A detailed HVAC system report card was provided via email. Service was great!”

“Ok so I want to update what I said about the company from yesterday. I got a call from management and they were not happy that I wasn’t happy. They sent two techs out the same day. I must say I’m so happy with the work. The guys were amazing, friendly and professional. I tipped them because the work was so great. Thank you Riley company. “Wow, wow, wow!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! When the "other" AC company couldn't come out to repair my AC unit for 4 days out (and they do advertise 24/7 emergency repair, HA!) I called Patrick Riley company and they were able to fix my AC same day! Zachary was awesome and found the problem quick and fixed it quick too! Highly recommend this company! Thank you sooo much!”

This company installed my very efficient heat pump 2.5 years ago for me. Never a problem. This was our yearly maintenance tune-up/cleaning and no problems detected & covered totally by my initial warranty. I highly recommend them for your needs.”

“Had the plumber come out and over look my water filtering system. Just purchased the property and I have never had a water filter system. He was great. He looked over the system and explained to me how it all worked and what I needed to do and what to look for so that the system keeps running excellently as it is. I was so impressed with his knowledge and parents with me. I signed a maintenance contract. I would highly recommend them”
