“Brian and his team did an excellent job on my stem wall issues. Originally had Brian out for a quote last year and then other expenses came up and had to postpone for a year. He honored his original quote and even came back out and walked the property again to answer questions again. My experience with Ramjack Arizona raised serious concerns about their professionalism and accountability once an issue occurred. During foundation work in October 2025, Ramjack’s crew struck a water line while excavating near the back pillars of my property in Mesa. On multiple occasions, a neighbor who routinely manages the community water main offered to shut it off safely. Despite this, Ramjack’s crew chose to handle the water shutoff themselves, without proper tools or coordination. After the initial repair, Ramjack restored water pressure and left the site.
