“We called Reeis and a Technician was sent out immediately. Our AC unit was 31 years old and needed to be replaced. James came out approximately in an hour, he gave us several replacement options, his years of experience shows. The constant communication was impressive throughout the process. We were called from Steve setting up the installation schedule the next business day, (unbelievably fast)! The installers arrived on time! Pablo and Fernando explained the process and answered questions during the installation, the crew wore booties when in the house, placed a tarp in the garage to catch any debris, they cleaned the garage and the outside unit. We highly recommend your first call be to REEIS! Excellent customer service and quality products. Thank you”

She was so resourceful at finding where all the vents are, fast and meticulous in investigating and updating us, and so wonderful to work with. “Phoenix and Marcus installed our new A/C split system yesterday. Both were highly skilled, upbeat, and very personable. Install took 11 hours, and while they were tired, they continued their positive demeanor. I’m so impressed with Reeis and their installers. I highly recommend this company.”

“Tech was outstanding on both trips. Diagnose visit and repair visit. I would give him 5 stars as he went above and beyond to get us some cooling going again while waiting for the part . The reason for the 4 star was the delay in the repair rescheduling as the part arrival date was pushed back twice by company. Diagnostics was done on June 30th and part was to arrive on July 7th, while that was pushed back twice without explanation. The install was finally done 14 days later on the 13th. While our outdoor unit ran 24 hours a day for those 14 days only to keep our house about 83-86 degrees for 13 days while our SRP bill doubled for those days I would have at least liked to have been told why part was delayed but no reason was given.”

“Very Dissatisfied With REEis. In addition to the lack of customer service and the many frustrations we have faced, we have had numerous problems. 12 years ago we purchased two new air-conditioners with a 10 year maintenance contract from REEis and for 10 years REEis treated us well. Recently one of our air conditioners stopped working, and without hesitation, we called REEis as a returning customer. We were only going to buy one because the other air conditioner was working fine, but he told us that if we bought two we would save more money. He gave us a discount for both units and we signed the contract for $26,996.10. After the installation of the A/C units, they told us the electrical panel needed to be replaced and that it was very dangerous. I was terrified and scared when he sai”

“Update: I am updating this review that I originally posted immediately after the technician left. My AC stopped working again within 2 hours of the technician leaving. Another tech came out that night and repaired the ac and now a day and a half later it has again stopped working. I called the company back and they want to charge another service fee to come back out to fix the same exact issue they claimed they fixed the first 2 times. This company installed the ac unit brand new 5 years ago and I thought the issues with install were just my bad luck (they had to come back 3 times to correct the installation errors) but now I see that it seems to be an issue with the company, not my “luck”. The price was several times higher than what other companies estimated, and the work itself should have only cost a few hundred dollars. It felt like they were trying to upsell me instead of providing a fair solution. I would strongly recommend getting multiple estimates before agreeing to any work with Reeis Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical. I won’t be using their services again.”
