Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of Phoenix

Rooter Hero Plumbing & Air of Phoenix handles HVAC work for homes across Phoenix. The outfit focuses on air conditioning and heating systems while also covering related plumbing needs when they come up during jobs. Based right in the area they serve, the crew stays ready for calls at any hour with emergency repair and installation options that keep systems running when the weather turns extreme. Homeowners in Phoenix know how quickly an HVAC unit can fail under constant demand, and this company steps in to address those breakdowns without long waits.

Their HVAC services cover full installations of new units, repairs on existing air conditioners and heaters, routine maintenance checks, and fixes for issues like clogged coils or failing compressors that show up often in desert conditions. Technicians arrive with the tools to handle dust buildup from dry winds, recharge refrigerant levels, or swap out parts that wear fast in the heat. In Phoenix the summers push cooling systems hard for months straight, so the work often involves cleaning filters, sealing ducts against leaks, and making sure older homes get upgrades that handle the load without spiking energy bills. They respond to service requests by sending crews out promptly to diagnose problems on site and complete the fixes the same day when possible.

Customers keep coming back because the team shows up fast on emergency calls, delivers solid repairs that hold up through the seasons, charges straightforward rates without surprise add-ons, and keeps everyone informed about what needs doing and why. That steady performance across speed, quality, price, and communication adds up to strong feedback from a large number of jobs. DIRT Score 4.64 from 1513 reviews on Finds.

“Robert V. was a wonderful technician. In fact, his presence as young man in our home gave me hope for humanity’s future. If more people of all generations exuded such a sense of responsibility, professionalism, and sincerity (as well as a pleasant sense of humor), we’d all be much better off. He completed his task very efficiently and we are completely satisfied. Plus, the cost was below what we were expecting. Thank you, Robert and Rooter Hero for your outstanding service today.”

“Robert was great! He was able to assess the blockage and fix immediately. He was even very nice to my 6 year old son who was very interested in all the tools and equipment Robert was working with! I give 5 stars and would recommend Rooter Hero every time!”

“Tech Frank Durazo showed up very quickly and communicated in route. He was very thorough, thoughtful, respectful and kind. Assessed the problem with the water heater very professionally and. Came up a solution going above and beyond initial service required. Customer service was excellent. He took time and care to assist me. Awesome experience! Highly recommend.”

“First Class Service! Rudy contacted me to arrange and was a bit early; just over an hour! He was great and had the job done and gone in ten minutes! I highly recommended this firm for fast, professional service.”

“Fantastic representation for your company. Javier And Jose are the best. Working all day to take care of us knowing we were travelling tomorrow.”

“I received a recommendation from our realtor to call them, as we were experiencing a smell in the main bathroom on hot days. I called and scheduled an appointment, and they were available immediately, and was honestly very kind and helpful. Upon arriving onsite, I explained the situation and instead of inspecting the drains, etc. they started focusing on a whole house hydro jet for 2600, acting like this would solve all our problems. Again, very nice and professional… we agreed, assuming this was actually the answer to our stinky bathroom… they are the experts after all. In comes the hydrojet machine (almost immediately) and then the problems began. Who knew that throwing high pressure water in 70 year old pipes could be problematic? Again, they are the experts, right? Soon after starti”

“We found Rooter & Plumbing through a Google drain cleaning special, and ended up needing much more extensive work. Their team was professional, honest, and completed major repairs in just a couple of days. Ernie, Jose, and Javier all did a fantastic job. Highly recommend this company!”

“Daniel Ruelas was amazing and provided top-tier customer service. Having him in our home to replace the water heater was honestly a pleasure. It is not often that during a stressful situation someone helps you through it simply with their kindness, communication, and skill. He got the job done quickly and kept us updated the whole time. Daniel is the kind of worker that would make me use Roto Hero again. On a side note, I did feel the pricing was on the higher end for water heater replacement services. I know the owner or company may say the pricing matches the market, but based on the quotes and research I gathered, I would challenge that a bit. They did work with me some on the price, which I appreciated, but as a repeat customer, I hoped we could have gotten a little closer to my budge”

“Daniel Ruelas did an amazing job. He was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed my clogged pipe, explained the solution in simple terms, and was upfront about fair pricing with no pressure or upselling. The repair was done fast and everything was running perfectly again within minutes. Honest, efficient, and someone I’d definitely recommend!”

“I normally don’t fill out surveys or post about service workers because, honestly, I’ve had too many bad experiences in the past—but this was hands down the best service I’ve received, and it deserves recognition. Shoutout to the two plumbers from Rooter Hero, especially (9921) Lavon Perry and Dez 👏 They were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. What stood out most was that they didn’t make me feel judged at all for trying to handle a DIY project first—they simply stepped in, assessed everything, and clearly explained what was going on. This may have been a small fix, but today proved that no job is too small—or too big—to receive this level of care, attention, and professionalism. It’s rare to come across technicians who are both highly skilled and genuinely ”
