“I wanted to bring to your immediate attention the disappointing experience my mother-in-law had today with Ian from your company while servicing her two units, both supposedly under Guard warranty. First off, Ian arrived and diagnosed everything in less than 45 minutes – honestly, it felt rushed and surface-level at best. For the first unit, without any thorough inspection, he immediately blamed a power surge. The contactor was untouched, and the only photo shared with my mother-in-law was a close-up that didn’t tell the full story. Upon a deeper investigation, it became clear that the low voltage wire had been wrapped around the high voltage wire, causing overheating, weakening, and eventually popping. 🔥 This wire damage led to the blower motor failing — something definitely not caused b”
