“So. I just had S&G come out and repair my air conditioner. All I can say is WOW. What an amazing experience. They were recommended by a friend and what a great recommendation. I called at 10am and talked to Amy. She was great. I told her my issue and figured it would be a couple of days before they could come out. Nope. Amy said a tech would be at my house between 1 - 3pm that day!!!! What? That was awesome. Thank you Amy!!! Exactly at 1pm our tech Matt N. rang the doorbell. He was very professional, very polite. Came in and started checking things out. Figured out the problem, gave us a very, very reasonable quote to fix it and I gave him the go ahead. It was not an easy repair.
