“Cody and all workers were amazing. They are really nice and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. They worked very hard in the two days they were at my house. They installed two heaters and two air conditioning units. They also had to deal with other issues from previous units that were installed. They replaced and fix all wiring, other issues and cleaned up after themselves. The thermostats they also installed were easy to link to the app ecobee and hook up on the WiFi. Thompson and heating is amazing all around company to work with. I would recommend this company and wish I could have given them more than a 5 star rating”

“First, many thanks!! I called late afternoon recently to get just a rough estimate on a new Heat Pump and ducting. I had an educated guess for a 'no frills', existing ductwork job. Joan (wife) pointed out the old ductwork was garbage and we needed to finally get started NOW, please. So I called. Katie had Cody at our door in like 12 minutes. Just that - Cody showing up end-of-day cheerful and kind when he should have been on his way home for a peaceful evening - made a huge impression on us. He began J-calcing, disappearing into the attic a couple times. 3 hours later we were at the estimates. I was only off by $200 for a 'no frills' use existing ductwork guess of 14.8k. We went over options, added a bit more ducting to cover the enclosed carport and little workroom and the estimate beca”

I would highly reccomend this company for your HVAC needs. As summer approached the air handler decided to just blow hot air. Josh Harmon came out and we discovered the compressor had frozen up. It was time for a new system. Cody Buckley came out and did a load calculation and we found a 2 ton unit that would do the job. A week later, after ordering the parts Anthony and his brother Ryan came over and installed the new Bosch heat pump. I’m now relaxing and enjoying a very comfortable house. “So our 2001 heat pump started icing over. These guys came out and did a diagnostic. It was leaking and probably only had 50% freon left and to top it off its a banned unit now. Ok next step, they gave us 4 proposals for new set up. We decided on the BEST option. Got financed and 3 was later the came and installed everything. They were always on time, in contact, and professional. I'm just glad this company set up shop in this little town of Page AZ.”
