“Working with Manny and team at 3 Pillars Mechanical has been an exemplary experience twice!! We have two AC/furnance units and both were old. Our 2 ton unit on the east side of the house failed suddenly in the summer of 2022. I called 3 Pillars and Manny came out and diagnosed the issue. He was very specific about what was wrong and showed us in detail what the problems were. Since it was summer and it would not make sense to fix this very old AC unit, we asked him to replace it. He replaced it with a Comfortmaker 2 ton system. it was very hot out and Manny was able to get our new unit installed very quickly which we truly appreciated. His install team was very efficient, polite and excellent in every way. We love the new unit. In fact, we love it way better than any other brand we have had and we have all the top 3 in this home and other homes we have owned. In researching the Comfortmaker brand, we found it far exceeds all of our expectations and that of the competition. It is super efficient, super quiet and has an absolutely excellent performance rating and warranty. The Comfortmaker company and all systems are of superior quality in all areas. Their products are designed to deliver the best in quality, and performance, and all models are backed by exceptional warranties and full run testing. As a forensic auditor and researcher, I read all the data I could find on Comfortmaker, and could not find any weaknesses or flaws. So I have 100% confidence in the excellence of this company and the superior quality and durability of its products; so much so that we just replaced the failing and disappointingly inefficient Lennox system on the west side of the house, which was not very old and evidently a replacement of another not very old Lennox system originally installed when this home was built. Once again, it was an exemplary experience working with Manny and team. We have known Manny and family for many years so when it came time to replacing these systems, he was the only person and company we called. He is honest, very knowledgeable and very thorough. Throughout these two system replacements, he ensured the entire process was performed efficiently and the installation performed exactly as it should be. His proposal prior to installation is comprehensive, detailed, with excellent price and value, and is also informative on the system details and exactly what to expect in the installation. He and team minimize any noise and disturbance during the process and clean up everything after. They were quiet and efficient and ensured the system was performing as it should be, before leaving. Manny then came over our house again later, and did a walk through with my husband for a final inspection and check of all system points and performance, and also to provide additional detail and answer questions about the equipment installed, its operation and performance. I could not have asked for a better experience with Manny and company and with the Comfortmaker systems we had installed. All have more than exceeded our expectations for quality, performance, long-term reliability, and excellence in price and value.”

Munawar Soomro (the owner) scheduled the time when he can come to investigate with upfront cost for the investigation. He showed up on time and presented me his findings with short term and long term solution. I ended up replacing the entire unit with him and liked his consultation about which company and unit to go with. I did my own assessment and found the matching result. the entire process of replacing the unit was very smooth. he was kind enough to agree on payment options to suite my need. he gained my trust due to upfront and honest conversation about the issue. I have since then referred him couple of other places with nothing but positive feedback from others too.”

“I'm grateful to have found Manny (Munawar) as it is rare to come across a technician who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but is also honest, personable, and thorough. I've become skeptical of service professionals now a days as it is all too common to hear of homeowners being taken advantage of by dishonest and lazy "professionals" trying to make a quick buck. Thankfully, isn't the case with Manny. Leading up to my scheduled appointment, Manny was accommodating towards my schedule and kept a great line of communication. He arrived within the estimated time slot and upon entering our home, put on disposable shoe covers as he noticed that our household doesn't wear shoes in the house. I was very appreciative of his perceptiveness and respect for our home as I have a toddler who spends a lot of time playing on the floor. We went into the attic where he quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue all the while explaining to me what he was doing. He also noticed an unusual noise from the unit and did some digging around, eventually finding a sticker that had peeled off the unit and was flapping around inside. He also took the time to answer any and all of my questions and was kind enough to show me how to properly maintain certain parts of my HVAC to prevent future issues.
